    This is so right on the money….I came out of Northwestern IMC and went to work at Ogilvy…the account management training program could have been titled “creating durable client relationships by leading with strategy”. It was our job to sell in a vision as well as manage workflow. Now AE’s are basically project coordinators. Sad.
